Second Annual Record Breakers Bench Bash
                Saturday July 31st, 2010
Record Breakers is a fun yet competitive low cost competition that we started a couple years ago here at Route 29 Fitness to help keep the love of power lifting alive. It is for all lifters young and old, novice and pro. This event is an all around great time!!
                      2010 RECORD BREAKERS BENCH BASH
                                                             Touch and Go Bench Press Competition

                                                    Saturday July 31st at 1:00pm Weigh-ins at 11:00am

Lifters may lift raw or assisted (no elbow wraps allowed).
There will be four divisions: Women, Teen Men , Open Men and Master Men. There will not be separate raw and assisted divisions.
All winners will be decided by formula except for Open Men.
Open Men Weight Divisions: 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, SHW
Entry Fee $30 (this is a  non-sanctioned event )
Awards given for top 3 Women lifters, top 3 Teen Men lifters, top 3 Master Men lifters and top 2 Open Men lifters per weight class
